Studio Suite

The Studio suite is a self contained holiday let, which accommodates four adults or a family group. The facilities are of very high standard and newly converted (January 2011).
In addition to the set sleeping arrangements there is sufficient space for a cot and/or child’s bed (available on request).


Outside , there is a patio area with gas BBQ facilities and patio furniture for the sole use of the occupancy.

Studio


Very large, spacious, open plan studio room with wooden vaulted ceiling, large floor to ceiling windows overlooking gardens and countryside. This room is divided between bedroom area with king size bed and comfortable living area + luxury kitchen , fully equipped with shaker style solid wood units, full sized oven and hob unit, refrigerator, microwave.Air-conditioning and central heating.

           

         

Luxury shower room

Containing large shower, toilet and basin. Tiled floor and walls.

            

Second bedroom

Containing two single beds, which can be situated to provide one large double. Access to side garden through French doors. Central heating.

On-suite shower room, containing shower, toilet and basin.

Smoking Policy

Please note that smoking is not permitted within any of the buildings at Surlingham Lodge
